Up-sold cross-divisional services to existing clients to maximize potential revenue. Maintained and up sold existing client database of 110 Independent accounts and expanding services to new business opportunities.

Contributed to the operations of the Creative Division, Woodholly, facility. This included up-selling service, cross selling services, client relations, contract negotiation, and workflow efficiency improvements. Responsible for the business, finance and marketing plan and launch of Mad City Productions, from initial development through back financing and startup. Executive position with music and sound design recording studio with full responsibility for management of all operations for Music Libraries, Radio, TV & Film.
